Head Cross Country Coach Mary Haskamp is back for the 24th year leading the Helias harriers.  Her boys teams have been to State all but one year.  They have earned a total of 8 state trophies, including state champs in 1990.  Coach was recently inducted in 2007 into the Mo. Track and Cross Country Coaches Association Hall of Fame.  She is the mother to a 16 year old Helias Sophomore.

Joining Coach Haskamp again this year is former CC athlete Jeremy Prenger. After graduating in 1998, Jeremy has moved back to Jefferson City and is working for the Secretary of State.  He is married to Elizabeth and they are the parents of 9 month old Mikayla.
